It’s your Crazy Uncle Keith. Welcome to my little corner of the internet, a place where I can finally spill all the thoughts rattling around in my head about real estate, flipping houses, and the wild rollercoaster we call the economy.

I’ve spent more years than I care to count in the trenches, closing deals, making mistakes, learning hard lessons, and, occasionally, hitting it out of the park. Over time, I realized I’ve got a lot to say (just ask anyone who’s ever sat next to me at Thanksgiving). So, I figured, why not put it all down on paper?
